Missing Cost Per Share
Sometimes, synchronization may not retrieve your average purchase prices per position, distorting your gains/losses and performance.
In some cases, this is because institutions simply do not provide the data. But in most cases, it is a technical issue encountered by our aggregator Powens.
If you encounter this issue, feel free to contact our customer support so we can escalate it to Powens for a quick resolution.
You are therefore “stuck” with this issue until it is resolved. Do not delete the portfolio so that Powens can identify and fix the problem.
In the meantime, you can duplicate the portfolio to create a manual and virtual copy and add your PRU.
Incorrect Cost Per Share
This happens particularly with synchronization via Vezgo for your crypto accounts.
Indeed, most exchanges do not provide your cost per share. By default, we set the price of the crypto as the cost per share, which is often incorrect unless you just made the purchase at that moment.
To solve this problem, nothing could be simpler.
We provide the ability to edit the cost per share on synchronized portfolios via Vezgo.
Go to your portfolio
Click on the three small dots at the end of the line, then “Edit”
In the window that opens, you can modify and set the PRU you want
Finally, click on “Edit”
This is not the case for synchronizations via Invvest Connect and Powens.
