The synchronization of your Revolut accounts is done through our partner aggregator, Powens.
Revolut is one of the institutions that blocks the retrieval of certain types of accounts. For now, the accounts that can be synchronized are:
Current accounts
Business accounts
Non-interest-bearing vaults
The accounts that cannot be synchronized for now are:
Interest-bearing savings accounts / Flexible accounts
Joint accounts
Investment accounts (Revolut Trading)
In case of an error
Identity verification via email
When connecting, Revolut may ask you to confirm your identity via email. You will need to complete this verification before you can continue the synchronization.
Your country is not supported…
This seems to affect users who are Revolut customers in countries where Revolut does not allow you to grant Powens the rights to synchronize your accounts. Synchronization is not possible at the moment.
Synchronizing an "inactive" account
If you set an account to "Inactive" on Revolut's side, it cannot be synchronized because Revolut will not make its balance available through its API. The only solution will be to press the “Activate” button to retrieve its balance.
