
The synchronization of your Ramify accounts goes through our partner aggregator, Powens.
During Ramify synchronization, an error might pop up if strong authentication by SMS is enabled on your Ramify account. You'll see a message like this:

Actually, Powens doesn’t support this strong authentication yet. So, you’ll need to turn it off so the sync can happen. You can turn it off temporarily just while the synchronization is happening, then turn it back on.
