I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password or wish to change it, here is the procedure to follow.

1. If you were logged into your account, log out.

2. Next, go to the forgotten password page by clicking here.

3. Enter the email address associated with your account and then click the "Reset your password" button.

4. You will receive a reset email with a link valid for 10 minutes to verify that it was you who initiated the request. Click on the link. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, check your SPAM folder.

5. Create your new password and then confirm it.

This guide only works if you signed up on Invvest with an email address and password. It does not work if you signed up with your Google account.
