You see that stock X is priced at €20 on Invvest but €26 from other sources? Don’t worry, there are three possible scenarios.
On your broker or stock market websites, prices are updated in real-time. On Invvest, they are updated several times a day but not in real-time.
These delays can show differences, especially if there is a lot of volatility at the moment. For example, if Apple stock suddenly drops by 20%, you’ll see it immediately on your broker, whereas you’ll only see it later in the day on Invvest.
For your information, here are our price update frequencies:
Stocks & ETFs: 3 times a day
Crypto: Once per hour
SCPI: Once per week
You can check the date and time of the last update on an asset’s page just below its price.
You go to the stock's page, and its price chart looks like a flatline cardiogram.
When the price of an asset no longer moves for an extended period, it means the asset has been delisted and is no longer traded on the markets. Check with other sources to confirm this is the case.
If, despite updating and verifying that the asset still exists, the price of an asset is incorrect, then it is a bug on the side of our data provider.
