Contact Fortuneo support at +33 320 06 52 33, explaining the situation and providing the error message.
An operation will be carried out on their side.
Then try reconnecting on Invvest.
This message appears if your investor profile is incomplete with Fortuneo. Here are the steps to update it.
Log in to your Client Access from a computer
Click on your "Name" at the top right of your screen
Go to the "Profile and settings" page
Then click on the "Investor Profile" tab.
Fill in the missing fields and validate.
This means that you have enabled strong authentication that Powens cannot handle at the moment. The restriction imposed by Fortuneo cannot be bypassed.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Log in to your Client Access
In the Profiles & Settings menu, select the Site Configuration tab
Disable the Activation of security code at login option
Ensure you are using the correct username and password.
