The synchronization of your Crédit Agricole accounts is managed through our partner aggregator, Powens.
After the first synchronization, the connection with your Crédit Agricole accounts will remain active for 6 months. After 6 months, for security reasons, the synchronization will be interrupted, and you will need to reauthenticate for another 6 months.
If during synchronization you see a message asking you to take action on your banking app but no message appears on your MaBanque app, here’s what to do:
Uninstall and then reinstall the MaBanque app.
Then try reconnecting on Invvest.
This issue occurs when you have never logged into your accounts (this is often the case when you are a new client). Here’s how to resolve the issue:
Log in to the Crédit Agricole website (not on the app) and click on your name at the top right and "Your other accounts."
Select an account (on the right-hand side).
You will be redirected to Log in for the first time or Access your accounts
Click on Start.
Repeat the procedure for all accounts if you have multiple.
