The synchronization of your Hello bank! accounts is done through our partner aggregator, Powens.
After the first synchronization, the connection with your Hello bank! accounts will remain active for 3 months. After 3 months, for security reasons, the synchronization will be interrupted, and you will need to reauthenticate for another 3 months.
If during synchronization, you see the message "Please authorize the connection" but no message appears on your Hello Bank mobile app, it may be because you have not activated the Hello bank Digital Key, which is necessary for the connection to work properly.
Here are the steps to follow:
Open your Hello bank! app
Select View my profile
Then Digital Key
Check that it is activated and if there are any pending requests (for example, if notifications are disabled)
