The synchronization of your LCL accounts is handled via our partner aggregator, Powens.
To resolve this issue, you need to log in to your LCL client space from a browser (not the app). The bank will prompt you to perform strong authentication.
If no strong authentication is requested, you will need to browse through your different accounts from your client space.
The connection will be updated during the next scheduled synchronization for your accounts. This will take a maximum of 24 hours.
